TEDxTU will begin promptly at 6:00 PM in Dixon Hall at Tulane University. You should plan to spend some time finding parking and checking-in at registration. A map of Tulane’s campus can be found here, please note all parking areas are highlighted in pink. Dixon Hall is building 68 on the map. From Diboll Parking Garage (Building 103), you would walk past the soccer field, turn left on McAlister Extension walking towards Tulane’s main campus, cross Willow Street, continue on McAlister until you see the LBC (the big building with lots of large windows), turn right and keep straight until you cross the parking area Newcomb Place, and Dixon Hall will be right on the corner next to Howard-Tilton Memorial Library.
The TEDxTU experience will include:
A two-hour stage program featuring TED-style talks and TED videos.
Speakers will include some of New Orleans’s most active innovators, from entrepreneurs to educators, and public service professionals to students.
